Client Services

Our Client Services Department is involved in all aspects of the patient application process – from awarding funding to qualified patients, providing oversight and guidance to the office volunteers and maintaining ongoing financial statistics for patient grants. Client Services develops and maintains solid working relationships between the Foundation and all FCS clinics, with a specific focus on Financial Counselors in each clinic, who act as patient advocates and are a great resource for the Foundation.

Jessica McIntyre – Client Services Manager

Prior to joining the Foundation, Jess worked in home health care as a client services manager, where she effectively on-boarded and managed clinical staff, handled billing and scheduling for services provided in home, and maintained relationships with all clients served. Jess likes to spend her free time playing outside with her two young boys, and enjoys blogging/writing for local outlets.
