Lynn Rasys – Executive Director

Lynn Rasys

In her role as Executive Director, Lynn oversees all aspects of the FCS Foundation, including strategic planning, financial oversight, staff management, program development and execution of the Foundation’s mission, vision and goals. Previously, Lynn was the FCS Foundation Volunteer Program Manager responsible for recruiting, training and scheduling volunteers at facilities currently participating in the FCS Volunteer Patient Support Program, as well as developing and identifying additional Florida Cancer Specialists’ facility opportunities throughout the state. Also, she coordinated the volunteers at the Foundation office in Sarasota and at Foundation events. A graduate of Salter College in Worcester, MA, Lynn has more than 25 years’ experience in corporate and nonprofit management. Before joining the Foundation, she was Director of Communications and Development at Cat Depot, and responsible for media, public relations, advertising, fundraising, donor development and human resources. Previously, Lynn was the Executive Director for Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Florida Suncoast Chapter, where she was responsible for the overall operation of the six-county affiliate. In her leisure time, Lynn enjoys reading, the Florida beaches, and spending time with her family and four rescue cats. Both Lynn and her husband are from Massachusetts and enjoy vacationing in Maine.


Terri Gagliardi – Development & Event Manager

Terri-GagliardiAs Development and Event Manager, Terri Gagliardi manages the execution of world-class events for Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation. Her focus is on developing a sustainable strategy to communicate the Foundation’s needs and increase community awareness of the Foundation’s mission. She is also responsible for the implementation and oversight of our online donor tracking and event database. Since joining the Foundation, Terri has worked on grant applications and managed events, including, but not limited to, 50 Shades of Pink (nominated as one of the Top 5 Events in Tampa for 2015), Time to Remember, Wine Women & Shoes Lake Mary, Party Under the Stars, Hale Irwin Golf Tournaments in Orlando, FL and the Jingle 5K Run in Lakewood Ranch, FL. Before joining the Foundation, Terri was Communications Specialist at Cat Depot in Sarasota, FL where she raised funding for the organization through online marketing campaigns, social media strategies, events and grant research and writing. With over twenty-five years of experience in marketing communications and event planning, Terri has worked in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. In her leisure time, Terri enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with family, friends and her rescue cat and cheering on her favorite team, the New England Patriots.

Client Services

Our Client Services Department is involved in all aspects of the patient application process – from awarding funding to qualified patients, providing oversight and guidance to the office volunteers and maintaining ongoing financial statistics for patient grants. Client Services develops and maintains solid working relationships between the Foundation and all FCS clinics, with a specific focus on Financial Counselors in each clinic, who act as patient advocates and are a great resource for the Foundation.

Karen Wain – Client Services Manager

Terri-GagliardiKaren received her Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Non-Profit from Troy University, her Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Saint Leo and her Associates Degree in Biology from the University of South Florida. She has a diverse background that includes working as a Civilian Detective for the Police Department, co-owning a private investigation company, spearheading the volunteer program for nonprofit and corporate organizations and serving as budget analyst in charge of grant funding for nonprofit organizations. In her free time, Karen loves to spend time with her husband and her 3 children (2 girls and 1 boy), and enjoys traveling, theater and Zumba.

Jessica McIntyre – Client Services Coordinator

Terri-GagliardiPrior to joining the Foundation, Jess worked in home health care as a client services manager, where she effectively on-boarded and managed clinical staff, handled billing and scheduling for services provided in home, and maintained relationships with all clients served. In her free time, Jess enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young boys, and enjoys being outside as much as possible.
