Lynn Rasys – Executive Director

Lynn Rasys

In her role as Executive Director, Lynn oversees all aspects of the FCS Foundation, including strategic planning, financial oversight, staff management, program development and execution of the Foundation’s mission, vision and goals. Previously, Lynn was the FCS Foundation Volunteer Program Manager responsible for recruiting, training and scheduling volunteers at facilities currently participating in the FCS Volunteer Patient Support Program, as well as developing and identifying additional Florida Cancer Specialists’ facility opportunities throughout the state. Also, she coordinated the volunteers at the Foundation office in Sarasota and at Foundation events. A graduate of Salter College in Worcester, MA, Lynn has more than 25 years’ experience in corporate and nonprofit management. Before joining the Foundation, she was Director of Communications and Development at Cat Depot, and responsible for media, public relations, advertising, fundraising, donor development and human resources. Previously, Lynn was the Executive Director for Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Florida Suncoast Chapter, where she was responsible for the overall operation of the six-county affiliate. In her leisure time, Lynn enjoys reading, the Florida beaches, and spending time with her family and four rescue cats. Both Lynn and her husband are from Massachusetts and enjoy vacationing in Maine.

Jessica McIntyre


Jessica McIntyre – Client Services Manager

In her role as Client Services Manager, Jessica oversees the funding of grants to qualified cancer patients, managing the office volunteers, and maintaining ongoing financial statistics. Previously, Jessica worked at Bayada Home Health Care as a Client Services Manager, where she was responsible for training and managing clinical staff, billing and scheduling for services, and managing client relationships. Previously, she supervised an NIH-funded research project in pediatric psychology at the University of Florida. Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and Applied Behavioral Sciences from the University of Kansas. In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors with her two sons, yoga, and writing for LWR Life magazine.

Rebecca Davis

Rebecca Davis, Volunteer Program Manager – North

In her role as FCS Foundation Volunteer Program Manager North, Rebecca oversees volunteer recruitment, screening, placement, training, support and recognition. Rebecca’s experience includes more than 15 years of non-profit management, volunteer recruitment, program implementation and strategic planning. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of Tampa. She is an active in community activities. In her personal life, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons at soccer games.

Andrea Doggett

Andrea Doggett, Volunteer Program Manager – South

In her role as FCS Foundation Volunteer Program Manager South, Andrea oversees volunteer recruitment, screening, placement, training, support and recognition. This includes the Foundation office in Sarasota and Foundation fundraising events. Before joining the FCS Foundation, Andrea was the Community Health Programming and Training Specialist for the Peace Corps Peru. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Colorado State University. Her volunteer background includes, obesity/diabetes prevention programs, early childhood development, literacy and girls’ empowerment programs, and serving as a Women’s Build Leader for Habitat for Humanity. In her leisure time, Andrea enjoys yoga, traveling with her husband, being outside in nature and spending quality time with her family.

Elodie Brisset

Elodie Brisset, Client Services Coordinator

As the FCS Foundation Client Relations Coordinator, Elodie works with cancer patients throughout the grant application process. Elodie’s background includes working in fundraising in the non-profit sector internationally in England and Ethiopia and locally at a community foundation. Elodie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and Political Science from Florida State University and a Master’s degree in Social Entrepreneurship from Hult International Business School, London. In addition, she sits on the board of the Sarasota Seminole Club, is a member of Manatee County Junior League and participates in the Sarasota Arts and Cultural Alliance.
